• Design advanced analytics models for inventory optimization
• Oversee ROB, NPR, Inventory Control Tower tools
• Develop new tools for new business pursuits
• Monitor inventory performance through data analytics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in leadership capacity
• Multiple years in high-volume fulfillment or distribution
• Expert in identifying and onboarding top talent
• Experience managing complex labor and capacity models

✨ Nice to Have

• E-commerce expertise strongly preferred
• Experience with Radical Candor feedback approach
