💼 About This Role

You'll lead creative marketing for DramaShorts, the vertical cinema streaming platform, generating concepts and trailers for a monthly audience of 15 million. You'll work with a creative and marketing team to launch new ideas quickly and analyze performance to refine strategies. This role offers the chance to shape the creative direction of a fast-growing entertainment-tech product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate creative concepts and briefs for designers.
• Analyze ad performance and propose improvements.
• Monitor trends to create modern, engaging creatives.
• Conduct and moderate brainstorming sessions.

📋 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in Creative or Content Marketing.
• English B1+ proficiency.
• Successful track record of implementing creative projects.
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, etc.).
