• Conduct investigations to locate individuals and businesses using databases
• Communicate findings to customers and co-workers
• Answer investigation-related phone calls and emails
• Update procedural documents and review existing procedures

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of related experience
• Ability to work remotely with strong work ethic
• Reliable with ability to maintain high confidentiality
