You'll engage customers on the retail floor, guiding them through M-KOPA's financed smartphones and cash devices while managing stock accountability. Your core impact is enabling access to financial products for previously excluded customers. This role combines sales, customer education, and stock reconciliation in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage customers and guide them through financing options
• Assist with onboarding processes like RICA
• Manage daily stock counts and reconciliation
• Handle customer questions and after-sales support

📋 Requirements

• Proven retail or sales experience
• Matric / Grade 12
• Ability to handle objections and guide customer decisions
• Strong attention to detail for stock accuracy
