You'll lead a credit analyst team, ensuring consistent risk decisions and sound credit practices. You'll mentor analysts on complex reviews and partner with Sales to balance growth opportunities with risk management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist Credit Analyst team with customer situations and collaborative solutions.
• Review credit applications and make decisions within SanMar’s guidelines.
• Guide credit decisions and support escalations for complex cases.
• Partner with Accounts Receivable on negotiations and risk mitigation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, or related financial roles
• Experience mentoring or coaching teammates
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
