💼 About This Role

You'll maintain computer stock for remote users, inspect and image laptops, and handle shipping and receiving. During peak season, you'll prep 20-50 computers daily. This part-time role also assists the internal Helpdesk during off-peak times.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect and troubleshoot hardware issues
• Enroll and image laptops via Intune
• Process returns and new shipments
• Maintain inventory records

📋 Requirements

• Experience with managing large amounts of inventory
• Experience with managing shipping and receiving
• Ability to independently perform basic computer troubleshooting
• Available to work minimum 20 hours per week

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM) systems
• Experience with Intune
• Helpdesk experience
