You'll lead and professionalize internal IT operations at a fast-growing hospitality tech company. You'll build secure, scalable systems and own employee lifecycle management, device management, and internal tooling. This role offers ownership of IT strategy from day one in a remote-friendly environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily internal IT operations and support requests.
• Manage employee IT lifecycle, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Manage device procurement, configuration, and deployment.
• Administer internal SaaS platforms and user access.
• Strengthen identity and access management including SSO.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT operations or IT management.
• Experience at fast-growing Series A–C startups or scaleups.
• Expertise in internal SaaS tools (Microsoft 365, Drata, Slack, etc.).
• Experience with identity and access management practices.
• Proactive automation-first mindset using AI tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting SOC 2 audits or compliance processes.
• Basic understanding of SOC 2 or similar frameworks.
• Experience leading company-wide AI initiatives.
