You'll join The Scion Group during apartment turnover season, helping ensure a seamless move-out and move-in experience for residents. This temporary role combines maintenance, housekeeping, and light administrative tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties like painting and minor drywall repairs
• Participate in apartment inspections and document unit condition
• Perform light housekeeping and keep grounds clean
• Provide general administrative assistance in the office

• Eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
• Good communication skills and strong customer service mindset
• Ability to lift and move equipment and items up to 100 lbs
• Must be 18 years of age or older
