Description

In this role, you'll own the end-to-end sales experience, build trusted relationships with existing customers, and help them unlock meaningful value from our Payments product. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to influence product development and help scale a new business motion.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or fintech
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customer-first mindset
  • Comfort owning full sales cycle and navigating multiple stakeholders
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or similar

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to unlock full potential of Payments product
  • Own full sales cycle from discovery and demo to negotiation and close
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Provide customer feedback to influence product development
  • Play a foundational role in scaling a new business motion
