You'll provide weekly psychotherapy to adolescents and young adults using CBT and other evidence-based practices. Your core impact is delivering telehealth care that reaches underserved youth. This part-time role offers guaranteed minimum pay and paid consultation time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide weekly psychotherapy using CBT and evidence-based practices
• Maintain fixed weekly schedule of at least 8 recurring client sessions
• Participate in weekly consultations and peer-led huddles
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner

📋 Requirements

• Licensed in Washington: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Experience with adolescents and young adults using evidence-based treatments
• Comfortable with Zoom, EHR systems, and collaboration tools
• Not opted out of Medicare; willing to be cross-licensed in additional states
