You'll design user experiences across iOS, Android, Web, and Tablet for Sleeper, a leading sports platform connecting millions of fans. You'll take ownership of design execution, create high-fidelity mockups, and collaborate with a tight-knit design team pushing product innovation. This apprentice-to-hire program offers mentorship and a clear path to a full-time role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design user experiences across iOS, Android, Web, and Tablet
• Collaborate in ideation sessions and receive mentorship from senior designers
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for pixel-perfect designs
• Contribute to the development of our design system

📋 Requirements

• Graduation date of Summer 2026 or earlier
• Strong portfolio showcasing design foundations
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering
• Understanding of UX, interaction, and visual design fundamentals

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in HCI, web/media design, human-centered, or UI/UX design
• Experience with fantasy sports, daily fantasy, or sports betting
