Description

You will serve as the analytics thought leader for the Field Organization, transforming data into actionable insights that drive growth and enable strategic decision-making. You'll partner with field leadership and cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, build dashboards and models, and deliver data-informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Hands-on analytics expertise with a passion for solving commercial challenges through data
• Experience building dashboards and performing deep-dive analyses
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable narratives for leadership
• Ability to partner with revenue operations, marketing, product, and finance teams
• Proven track record of driving data-informed strategy and operational efficiencies

Responsibilities

• Partner with Field leadership to define and monitor key performance metrics across pipeline, bookings, productivity, and retention
• Build and maintain dashboards and models using Contentful's Insight360 platform and modern BI tools
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on funnel conversion, territory design, forecasting, and capacity planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, CS, Product, Finance) for holistic customer lifecycle view
• Act as Data Steward for field organization, driving data capture improvements and data hygiene
