💼 About This Role

You'll support students with disabilities in the ASD Resource Room at Everett High School, building relationships and ensuring their safety and success. Your work will help teachers maintain an engaging learning environment. This role is key to the support structure for students with special education needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support students one-on-one and in small groups.
• Assist teachers with lesson engagement and support.
• Ensure safety of students on caseload.
• Build relationships with students and parents.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's Degree, 60 college credits, or passing ETS Paraprofessional Exam.
• Passion for working with students with special needs.
• Ability to incorporate feedback from school leaders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in small group and RTI settings.
• Understanding of how to read a student's IEP.
• Desire to become a certified teacher long term.
