Description

You will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and optimizing physical space within our facilities to support operational needs and growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop space plans, manage moves and reconfigurations, and maintain occupancy data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Planning or related field
• 1-3 years of experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or similar space management software
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and floor plans
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed space plans using space planning software
• Assist in coordinating employee onboarding and departure processes related to space allocation
• Support office moves, reconfigurations, expansions, and consolidations
• Maintain accurate space inventory and occupancy data
• Coordinate procurement of furniture and fixtures
