π― What You'll Do
- Serve as lead counsel in federal open records litigation
- Draft complaints, motions, and briefs at trial and appellate levels
- Negotiate with government agencies on FOIA requests
- Conduct discovery and oral arguments in court
π Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in DC or ability to become admitted
- 5-8 years of relevant litigation experience
- Deep familiarity with FOIA and related federal laws
