💼 About This Role

You'll own receiving inspection, inventory, and material handling operations for a commercial space startup. You'll build and lead a team while driving process improvements to support manufacturing milestones. This role is based at our El Segundo headquarters.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own receiving inspection, inventory, and material handling operations.
• Build and lead a team of inventory specialists and material handlers.
• Develop standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or 6+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management and receiving inspection.
• Management experience required.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

✨ Nice to Have

• APICS certification or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and team building skills.
• Skilled in SQL and/or PowerBI.
