You'll lead Toast's consumer payments strategy and product area, shaping how diners pay across the ecosystem. Your work will help restaurants benefit from seamless experiences, stronger guest loyalty, and improved economics. This role sits at the intersection of consumer experience, payments innovation, and business strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Consumer Payments.
• Define end-to-end consumer payment experiences for wallet, stored value, and guest checkout.
• Drive product discovery and prioritization grounded in customer needs and business impact.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal platform teams and external partners.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in payments or fintech.
• Track record of defining, building, and scaling products in ambiguous environments.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, wallets, and alternative payment methods.
• Ability to balance customer experience, technical complexity, and business economics.

• Experience building wallet, stored value, or rewards-linked payment products.
• Familiarity with merchant economics and cost-of-acceptance levers.
