Description

You will lead the transformation of Anthropic's Finance function by pioneering Claude AI deployment. You will set the strategic vision, build and coach a high-performing team, and partner with Finance, Engineering, and product teams to create a Claude-powered Finance ecosystem.

Requirements

• Deep Finance and Big 4 advisory experience
• Recognized thought leader in AI adoption in Finance
• Experience leading AI or innovation teams
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Engineering and Product
• Strong communication and executive presence

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year vision for Claude-enabled Finance ecosystem
• Partner with product and research teams to surface Finance use cases
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-impact team of Finance AI Product Managers and Engineers
• Own Finance AI product roadmap from ideation through production deployment
• Lead enablement, governance, and community building for AI adoption across Finance
