💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and maintain internal platforms that serve People, Finance, Ops, Sales, and Engineering teams. Your core impact is enabling teams to move faster by owning end-to-end systems and eliminating data silos. You'll build API-first integrations across the internal ecosystem and develop AI/LLM-powered features to automate workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain internal platforms and tools
• Own features end-to-end from architecture to monitoring
• Build API-first integrations across HRIS, CRM, finance platforms
• Implement AI/LLM-powered features into internal workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficient in Python, Go, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java
• Hands-on experience with API integrations between third-party SaaS platforms
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Temporal, Airflow, Prefect)
• Frontend experience with React, Next.js, or equivalent
• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered features in production
