You'll lead the global consultant and brokerage strategy for an AI-first healthcare platform, partnering with top firms like Mercer, WTW, and Aon. Your work will drive enterprise adoption and expand market influence across payers, employers, and health systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global consultant relations strategy and alliance execution
• Build and develop a high-performing Consultant Relations team
• Cultivate senior executive relationships with top consulting and brokerage firms
• Own consultant-influenced pipeline and bookings targets
• Develop consultant-specific engagement models and enablement programs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in consultant relations at a major benefits consulting firm
• 5+ years in a leadership role at WTW, Aon, or Mercer
• Proven track record of developing alliance strategies driving measurable outcomes
• Deep understanding of employer and payor digital health market
