🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and influence the direction of a small team
• Prototype and deploy algorithms for tracking and sensor fusion
• Develop high-performance software for real-time systems
• Design and implement robust filters and estimators

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in C++, Python, and Matlab
• Strong knowledge of Kalman filters and multi-target tracking
• Experience in state estimation and Bayesian filtering
• Understanding of linear algebra and stochastic processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in machine learning for target tracking
• Familiarity with big data pipelines and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of signal processing for radar, lidar, EO/IR
