Description

You will lead market access and business operations for Starlink in the Africa region, conducting market research, building stakeholder relationships, and identifying commercial opportunities to expand broadband internet access to schools and hospitals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, international relations, business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs in telecom/satellite/tech
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
• ITAR compliance: U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to assess demand and barriers to entry
• Collaborate with engineering, ops, legal, and sales teams to align market development
• Build a network of supportive stakeholders across public and private sectors
• Develop commercial opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team
• Monitor geopolitical, economic, and regulatory risks and develop mitigation plans
