💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Comms team at SeatGeek, a tech-forward ticketing company, owning all major communications workstreams. Your core impact will be accelerating the brand from growth stage to industry-changing household name. This role offers the flexibility to work fully remote and reports to the EVP of Marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own all aspects of PR & Communications across consumer, industry, policy, investor, and internal channels.
• Define and evolve a cohesive narrative framework, embedding it across the company.
• Partner with brand and product marketing to drive fan differentiation.
• Balance human authenticity with AI-enabled efficiency to scale comms impact.
• Lead and mentor the Comms team, setting KPIs and operational structure.

📋 Requirements

• 14+ years growing within PR & Communications roles.
• Experience managing and mentoring an internal team of comms professionals.
• Track record of driving results for growth companies with corporate, B2B, and consumer audiences.
• Experience in unique industries with complex business models or regulatory environments.
