💼 About This Role
You'll own the full sales cycle for Aurora's largest strategic prospects, from prospecting through close. You'll partner with Solutions Architects and Marketing to position Aurora as the platform of record for enterprise solar operations. This senior role is built for consultative sellers who thrive in long-cycle deals and the clean energy transition.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual ARR quota for enterprise accounts
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales including prospecting and close
- Build and manage pipeline with 3x quota coverage
- Forecast opportunities accurately in Salesforce weekly
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with six-figure ARR deals
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles (1-12+ months)
- Proficiency in CRM-driven sales execution (Salesforce preferred)
- Executive presence and credibility with C-suite buyers
