- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview rubrics.
- Own the ATS (Ashby) and report on pipeline health.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-performing environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience sourcing passive talent for complex environments.
- Advanced proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse).

- Experience in Healthcare SaaS or similar complex environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
