Description

You will provide remote mental health therapy via telehealth, conducting diagnostic assessments and delivering evidence-based treatment for conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your role includes maintaining clinical documentation, coordinating care, and participating in team activities to support a modern, inclusive mental health care system.

Requirements

• Active Oregon license: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth
• Strong communication and person-centered, trauma-informed approach
• Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite/Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Support members with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in EMR system
• Coordinate care and contribute to multidisciplinary environment
