You will own and manage relationships with external service providers, oversee day-to-day operations like access control and maintenance, and act as the primary contact with building management to ensure a smooth workplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external service providers (cleaning, catering, security, maintenance, AV, equipment)
• Manage SLAs, contracts, schedules, and vendor performance
• Oversee day-to-day operations: access control, deliveries, utilities, waste management, maintenance, cleaning
• Act as primary point of contact with building management and landlords for site issues
