You'll join a field data collection team ensuring accuracy of residential and agricultural property records through on-site inspections and image analysis. Your core impact will be updating records with precise measurements, sketches, and photographs. This role emphasizes fieldwork using your personal vehicle in Lycoming County, PA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and verify property images and data for accuracy.
• Travel to properties and conduct exterior inspections.
• Measure buildings and record dimensions/sketches.
• Capture clear digital images of properties.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to read maps and locate physical locations.
• Strong math skills for calculating square footage.

• 1 year residential data collection experience.
• Experience with Apex or similar sketching platforms.
• Ability to visualize floor plans from 3D buildings.
