You'll own end-to-end tracking of hardware purchase orders for datacenter infrastructure at a high-growth AI compute company. You'll automate procurement workflows and coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure equipment arrives on site on time. This role combines operational rigor with technical curiosity at the center of Fluidstack's supply chain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track hardware purchase orders from issuance to delivery confirmation
• Serve as primary contact with vendors and logistics partners
• Build dashboards for real-time infrastructure supply chain visibility
• Automate recurring data-gathering workflows

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain coordination
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking
• Clear, organized written communication and comfort in fast-moving environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with datacenter hardware procurement
• Exposure to ERP platforms like SAP, Coupa, or NetSuite
• Experience building automation with Zapier or Airtable
