💼 About This Role

You'll build onchain dark pool infrastructure for institutional crypto trading. You'll own systems like event ingestion, hedging optimization, and ZK proving. You'll work on a lean team in-person in San Francisco. You'll tackle hard distributed systems problems and shape the role based on your strengths.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable onchain event ingestion and indexing pipeline
• Optimize hedging stack for delta neutrality on altcoins
• Debug distributed-systems issues like Raft or consensus edge cases
• Benchmark and optimize ZK prover stack for throughput

📋 Requirements

• Production systems experience building and operating them
• Ability to anticipate scaling and failure modes
• Strong systems design taste for simplicity and observability
• Experience managing 7 figures of onchain funds safely

• Familiarity with Rust performance optimization
• Experience with zero-knowledge proofs
