Description
You'll lead the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery, creating visually stunning and intuitive interfaces for Agoda's travel products. You'll partner with product managers to shape the product vision, using data and research to balance user needs with business goals, and work closely with stakeholders in an agile environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years full-time product designer experience for digital or web-based products
- Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research, including user interviews
- Strong communication skills: fluent in English and Japanese
- Experience designing for Japanese users with understanding of local design expectations
- Deep familiarity with Japanese digital products and user behaviors
Responsibilities
- Develop design solutions that address both business objectives and customer needs
- Manage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
- Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to gather actionable feedback
- Present work to peers and leadership, both asynchronously and in person
- Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all-hands, and team meetings
