💼 About This Role

You'll deliver technical enablement and adoption services for OpenAI's product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise and the API. You'll lead live trainings and workshops to help customers achieve durable, scalable AI adoption. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to align enablement with customer impact and drive measurable business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical enablement for ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, and API
• Design and deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, and executive briefings
• Drive customer activation and sustained product adoption
• Develop reusable training assets and best practices

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing or instructional roles with C-level audiences
• Strong technical depth across coding, agents, APIs, RAG, and evaluation strategies
• Proven experience leading structured technical trainings like API bootcamps
• Ability to connect technical features to business outcomes
