🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and schedule maintenance team daily.
• Manage vendor partners and capital projects.
• Oversee unit turns and move-in readiness.
• Respond to on-call emergency service rotation.

📋 Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in apartment maintenance or skilled trade.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA certification required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience.
• CPO Certification highly preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
