💼 About This Role

You'll join the Automation team to build internal tools, AI agents, and automation systems. Your work will directly shape how the organization operates, blending hands-on engineering with impactful product development. You'll contribute across the full spectrum from React-based internal tools to RAG pipelines and multi-step business workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build internal web apps using TypeScript and React
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines with LLM APIs
• Design automation workflows using low-code platforms like Workato
• Integrate AI solutions into core business tools (Slack, Jira, Salesforce)

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years coding experience with strong TypeScript/JavaScript and Python
• Experience building web apps with React or similar frameworks
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI patterns (RAG, tool use, function calling)
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and system integrations

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or Vertex AI
• Experience with Workato or similar automation platforms
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions
