🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engineering across application development, QA, and infrastructure
• Build and coach a high-performing team culture centered on ownership and quality
• Partner with Product and leadership to translate priorities into engineering plans
• Improve SDLC, architecture, release management, and delivery discipline

📋 Requirements

• Senior engineering leadership experience at Director or VP level
• B2B SaaS background including enterprise customers
• Experience in regulated or control-oriented environments
• Working knowledge of Java, Vue.js, and Python

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with applied AI solutions like RAG or LLM workflows
• FinTech experience is a plus
