Description

You will provide HR support across the APAC region, handling employee inquiries, maintaining HRIS, and driving global projects. This role offers the chance to shape the HR function in a distributed, open-source company.

Requirements

• Track record of exceptional achievement from high school and graduate studies
• Internship experience in HR/People team preferred, especially in Technology industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize complex workloads and work well under pressure
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with high accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and respond to employee requests regarding employment and contracts
• Maintain HRIS with accuracy and timeliness for all team member changes and new joiners
• Own global projects such as engagement, training, or culture initiatives
• Partner with managers to support HR processes and drive people strategy
• Process new hires including onboarding documentation, systems setup, and coordination of reviews
