🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct active outbound calls, WhatsApp, and video interactions with leads.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and present consórcio solutions.
  • Perform personalized simulations and prepare commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate terms, values, and conditions to close sales effectively.

📋 Requirements

  • Completed high school education (mandatory).
  • Experience in sales, preferably inside sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasion, negotiation, and argumentation abilities.
