🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end analytics platform vision and architecture
• Partner with data engineers, analysts, and the C-suite
• Establish repeatable analysis patterns and semantic layer
• Design scalable self-serve data access patterns

📋 Requirements

• Exceptional communicator across technical and executive audiences
• Full-stack analytics depth including ClickHouse, dbt, and DLT
• Track record of establishing adopted data standards such as metric definitions and quality frameworks
• 10+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data platform roles
