🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and analyze financial reports per international standards
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Collaborate with teams to improve reporting quality and efficiency
• Assist in management reports, variance analysis, and ad hoc analyses

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• SQL for data extraction and reporting automation
• B1 or higher English level

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Bank or Fintech industries
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle ERP
• Russian language proficiency
