🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and run a best-in-class onboarding experience
• Own HR operations end-to-end in the US
• Lead office space strategy and vendor management
• Create workplace programs and cultural events

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in People Operations, HR, or Office Management
• Working knowledge of California employment law
• Experience owning or co-owning an office space
• Exceptional organizational skills with flexibility
