You'll lead a distributed team of Professional Services Engineers delivering complex implementations, migrations, and advisory services for a leading DevSecOps platform. Your impact will be realized through shaping team performance, improving delivery standards, and ensuring enterprise customers successfully adopt the platform. This role combines people management, technical credibility, and operational leadership in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of customer implementation and migration projects.
• Monitor project health and proactively identify delivery risks.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to scope and resource engagements.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading technical, customer-facing teams in professional services.
• Technical background in DevSecOps, platform engineering, or software delivery.
• Experience managing complex enterprise implementation or delivery programs.
• Ability to handle escalations and manage competing priorities.

• Experience with GitLab or similar DevSecOps platforms.
