🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze HR data and contribute to reporting dashboards
• Deploy and improve HR tools (reporting, AI, automation)
• Conduct data quality checks and ensure reliability
• Create and update support guides and procedures

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 in Data, SIRH, or HR
• Proficient in Google Sheets for data analysis
• Fluent in French and professional English
• Interest in data and AI topics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday or other HR SaaS
• Familiarity with Gen AI models (Gemini, Claude, Studio AI)
• Spanish language skills
