💼 About This Role

You'll drive platform adoption and revenue growth for Field Nation's AV division, focusing on activating new and dormant accounts. You'll collaborate with Marketing to create demand-generation programs and serve as the primary growth engine. This role offers a hybrid work model with performance-based rewards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate new leads and re-engage dormant accounts
• Drive platform adoption through customer education and training
• Collaborate with Marketing on outreach campaigns and events
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales or business development
• Proven track record of driving new revenue
• Strong executive-level communication skills
• Experience with SaaS platforms or marketplaces preferred

• Experience working with marketplaces or digital transformation initiatives
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance
