💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle recruiting across a mix of technical and non-technical roles at Kaizen, a Series A startup building modern government software. You'll partner with founders and hiring managers to drive efficient hiring and ensure a white-glove candidate experience. This is a hands-on role for a creative sourcer who wants to make a visible impact in a fast-growing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Lead proactive sourcing and build talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers on requirements and process.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a startup or high-growth tech company.
  • Proven ability to source creatively using Juicebox and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Comfortable recruiting across engineering, GTM, ops, and design functions.
  • Data-driven with experience tracking pipeline health and metrics.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ashby ATS.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for recruiting efficiency.
  • Experience at a Series A or similarly early-stage company.
