💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Customer Success & Support org ensuring voize’s AI companion for nurses drives daily adoption across Europe. You'll build scalable systems for time-to-value, retention, and expansion from 150,000 to 500,000+ nurses. This role offers a chance to shape a category-defining CX org in a high-growth startup with significant equity upside.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own adoption & time-to-value for enterprise and SMB customers
  • Build and lead a CS & Support team of 20-25 within 12 months
  • Define data-driven processes for onboarding, health scoring, and QBRs
  • Partner with Sales and Product to drive retention and expansion

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success or Customer Operations in B2B SaaS
  • 5+ years leading leaders, scaling CX org through inflection points
  • Proven adoption-first mindset with experience driving behavioral change
  • Fluent English and German, Berlin-based or relocating

  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industry
  • Hands-on fluency with Gainsight, Planhat, Intercom, or similar tools
