You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and manage daily operations, ensuring the team meets sales targets. This role combines fandom knowledge with retail leadership skills in a fun, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
