You will advise customers on credit comparison and support them from initial contact to contract conclusion at smava, an online comparison portal that makes loans transparent, fair, and affordable. Work in a modern, casual environment without cold calling. You help customers fulfill their wishes and work with modern digital tools.

Requirements

• Completed banking vocational training or comparable commercial training
• First experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., sales, telesales)
• Strong communication and professional phone manner
• High reliability and committed work approach
• Motivation to develop professionally

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers, advising on credit comparison via phone and email
• Manage customers from initial contact to contract conclusion, supporting them in all phases
• Identify customer needs through good demand analysis to find the optimal credit offer
• Help customers fulfill their wishes without cold calling
• Work with modern communication tools and digital contract options
