You'll provide in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients, helping them restore strength and mobility. You'll work with a flexible schedule and consistent patient census through our agency partner network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set individualized goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery and preventive care
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare standards

📋 Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology (email, EMR systems)
