Description

As a UX Designer at Auvik, you will shape the look and feel of our network management software, creating simple and delightful experiences for IT professionals. You'll work in a small agile team, conducting user research, designing flows and prototypes, and collaborating with product and development teams to deliver high-quality designs.

Requirements

• Education in UX design or equivalent field
• Several years of UX design experience
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Proficient in Figma and Figma Make
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable Asset Libraries

Responsibilities

• Define and execute UX and product design across the software platform in an agile team
• Work with product management and development teams to define user experience and ensure implementation quality
• Conduct user research to understand workflows and personas
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups
• Conduct user testing and customer interviews to assess usability
