💼 About This Role

You'll own the fresh produce category at Rohlik, optimizing assortment, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and margin. You'll build strong supplier relationships and collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain for promotions and inventory. This role has direct impact on what hundreds of thousands of customers eat daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own commercial performance of assigned categories.
• Lead supplier negotiations and category reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain on promotions and stock management.
• Support implementation of new products and seasonal assortments.

📋 Requirements

• Min. 3 years experience in category management or buying.
• Knowledge of fresh produce environment; other fresh food a plus.
• Proven results in category growth and achieving commercial targets.
• Fluency in Czech and advanced English.
